Sandy Ground Asbury Park

The Asbury Park playground is the sixth park created for the Where Angels Play Foundation and is dedicated to Rachel D’Avino, a teacher and victim of the Sandy Hook Shooting in New Jersey. This shore bound park park cost around $75,000 dollars to build and was funded by Jules L. Plangere, Jr. Family Foundation, former owners of the Asbury Park Press newspaper.
