Sandy Ground Roxbury

The Roxbury playground is the sixteenth created for the Where Angels Play Foundation and is dedicated to Mary Sherlach, a teacher and victim of the Sandy Hook Shooting in New Jersey. The location of the playground was decided because of her love for water and family ties to New York. The red and green playground was designed to represent Mary’s favorite flower, a rose.
