Workers rush to put the finishing touches on a new beachfront playground in Manasquan built by volunteers to celebrate the life of six-year-old Olivia Engel, one of 26 people killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting last December. This playground replaces the one at the borough’s Sea Watch Beach which was destroyed during Hurricane Sandy. 8/2/2013
