Sandy Ground Ocean City

The Ocean City playground is the twenty-second playground created for the Where Angels Play Foundation and is dedicated to Benjamin Wheeler, a victim of the Sandy Hook Shooting in New Jersey.  The project cost about $70,000 to build and was constructed in one day.
