The fifth of 26 playgrounds dedicated to the victims of the Sandy Hook School shooting was the site of a groundbreaking ceremony Saturday at Longbrook Park in Stratford.

This playscape is for teacher Victoria Soto who loved flamingos and Christmas and children. The playground is a collaboration of efforts headed up by The Sandy Ground Project, an organization that is building playgrounds across the East Coast in honor of the Sandy Hook victims.

Playgrounds have already been completed in Westport, in honor of Dylan Hockey, in Ansonia, for Catherine Hubbard, in Sea Bright, N.J. for Anne Marie Murphy, and in Union Beach, N.J for Jack Pinto.
